Tested harder
than you'll ever ride it.
The Finder is independently certified to the newly updated EN 15194:2017+A1:2023 safety standard. While many e-bikes still rely on older testing benchmarks, we build to the absolute strictest current safety requirements. Here is what that peace of mind actually looks like.

07
DURABILITY
100,000
Pedalling Cycles.
The frame is loaded and run through 100,000 pedalling cycles without a crack or failure. That's years of everyday riding, simulated before the bike ever reaches you.
08
IMPACT
Drop-tested
Frame & Fork.
To simulate real-world impacts, the frame and fork are put through the standard's falling-mass and falling-frame impact tests. The frame is tested to take sudden, unexpected drops, ensuring the bike won't break under everyday knocks.
09
BATTERY SAFETY
Safe Charging
& Storing
The battery and electrical system are physically drop-tested, deliberately overcharged, and exposed to extreme heat. They are independently tested to safely handle the extremes, giving you total peace of mind when storing or charging at home.
10
BRAKING UNDER LOAD
Proven Braking
Power
To prove it’s stopping power the bike is tested for stopping distance and brake heat-resistance under load, in both dry and wet conditions. It ensures reliable, predictable braking exactly when you need it.
What early riders are saying.
“Stylish, chic, comfortable and convenient.”
@kateradin
“Great looking e-bike”
It actually looks and feels like what you’d expect from an e-bike in 2026. No loose cables, easy to use, and a joy to ride. I’d highly recommend!
@ezzieauperle
“Being able to lift it easily makes a huge difference”
What stands out most is how thoughtfully designed everything feels. It’s lightweight, it’s easy to live with, and doesn’t compromise on aesthetics, which for me is actually a big part of whether I want to ride something every day or not

Frequently asked questions.
Is the Finder road-legal in Australia?
Yes, the Finder is a 250 W pedal-assist e-bike that cuts off at 25 km/h, independently certified to EN 15194:2017+A1:2023. That's the current version of the standard now required for e-bikes sold in NSW, with similar rules proposed in Queensland, so you're covered right across Australia today and as the laws catch up elsewhere.
Do I have to maintain the belt drive?
No. You never need to oil or degrease the Finder's belt drive. A traditional chain needs regular cleaning and can leave grease on your clothes; the Finder's single-speed belt runs silent and stays dry. If it picks up dust, just rinse it with clean water. That's the whole routine.
How much does it cost?
The Finder S is $2,590, with free Australia-wide delivery on the launch batch. If it replaces even a few car trips a week, it pays for itself surprisingly fast once you account for fuel, paid parking and rego. To lock in launch pricing and claim your place in the priority queue, just select your colour and complete the form above. No payment required today.
How far can I really go on one charge?
Most riders only need to charge their Finder once a week. Under standardised testing the Finder reaches up to 120 km on the lowest assist setting and 60 km on the highest, and your real range will depend on rider weight, terrain, tyre pressure and weather. For a typical week of commuting, one charge is all it takes.
Is it hard to set up?
The Finder arrives around 98% assembled and factory-tuned, with only the front wheel, pedals, front mudguard and front rack left to fit. Because the front wheel and brakes are safety-critical, we recommend having a qualified bike mechanic complete the final assembly and safety check before your first ride.
What’s the warranty?
You're backed by a 2-year warranty on the frame and fork, plus 1-year cover on the battery, motor and electronics. True North is based in Australia, so if you ever need advice, parts or warranty support, you're dealing directly with our local team.
