Tested harder
than you’ll ever ride it.

The Finder has been independently tested to the newly updated EN 15194:2017+A1:2023 safety standard. While many e-bikes still rely on older testing benchmarks, we build to the absolute strictest current safety requirements. Here is what that peace of mind actually looks like.

Durability100,000 Pedalling Cycles.

The frame is loaded and run through 100,000 pedalling cycles without a crack or failure. That’s years of everyday riding, simulated before the bike ever reaches you.

ImpactDrop-tested Frame & Fork.

To simulate real-world impacts, the frame and fork are put through the standard’s falling-mass and falling-frame impact tests. The frame is tested to take sudden, unexpected drops, ensuring the bike won’t break under everyday knocks.

Battery safetySafe Charging & Storing

The battery and electrical system are physically drop-tested, deliberately overcharged, and exposed to extreme heat. They are independently tested to safely handle the extremes, giving you total peace of mind when storing or charging at home.

Braking under loadProven Braking Power

To prove its stopping power the bike is tested for stopping distance and brake heat-resistance under load, in both dry and wet conditions. It ensures reliable, predictable braking exactly when you need it.

Bella with the Finder★★★★★

“Being able to lift it easily makes a huge difference”

What stands out most is how thoughtfully designed everything feels. It’s lightweight, it’s easy to live with, and doesn’t compromise on aesthetics, which for me is actually a big part of whether I want to ride something every day or not.

Made for the everyday.

A closer look at the Finder, from the details to the daily ride.

Frequently asked questions.

Is the Finder road-legal in Australia?

The Finder has a 250W pedal-assist motor, with assistance cutting off at 25km/h, and has been independently tested to EN 15194:2017+A1:2023. Before riding, check the applicable local laws for roads and shared paths.

Do I have to maintain the belt drive?

You never need to oil the Finder's belt drive. A traditional chain needs regular cleaning and can leave oil on your clothes; the Finder's single-speed belt runs silent and stays dry. If it picks up dust, just rinse it with clean water. That's the whole routine.

How much does it cost?

The Finder is $2,290 with the $300 priority discount code, instead of $2,590 RRP. Join the list for priority ordering when stock arrives in November. Joining is free, with no payment or commitment.

How far can I really go on one charge?

Most riders only need to charge their Finder once a week. Under standardised testing the Finder reaches up to 120 km on the lowest assist setting and 60 km on the highest, and your real range will depend on rider weight, terrain, tyre pressure and weather.

To maximise battery life, we recommend recharging at around 20% remaining. In real-world testing, a 90 kg rider covered 42 km on full assist along a hilly Sydney commute, finishing with 22% battery remaining. That’s three days of commuting at 14 km a day on a single charge.

Is it hard to set up?

The Finder arrives around 98% assembled and factory-tuned, with only the front wheel, pedals, front mudguard and front rack left to fit. Because the front wheel and brakes are safety-critical, we recommend having a qualified bike mechanic complete the final assembly and safety check before your first ride.

What’s the warranty?

You're backed by a 2-year warranty on the frame and fork, plus 1-year cover on the battery, motor and electronics. True North is based in Australia, so if you ever need advice, parts or warranty support, you're dealing directly with our local team.

How much is shipping?

Free shipping on orders $100+ to selected metro areas. Shipping to regional and remote areas is calculated at checkout. Bike delivery is currently unavailable in NSW. Accessories can still be delivered to NSW.

Where is the Finder available?

The Finder is available in all Australian states and territories except NSW, subject to shipping availability.
